Flames n Flavours -Smoked Mutton Qeema With Lachaydaar Garlic Paratha

SMOKED MUTTON QEEMA:
  • Minced meat                   ½ kg
  • Yogurt                                  2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder            1 + ½ tsp
  • Salt                                       1 tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper                    1 tsp
  • Garam masala                 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder                   ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder                 ½ tsp
  • Black salt                           ½ tsp
  • Coriander seeds              ½ tsp
  • Ginger paste                      1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste                         2 tbsp
  • Gram flour (Basin)           1 tbsp
  • Green chilies                       1 tsp
LACHAYDAR GARLIC PARATHA:
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Already kneaded dough
  • Put meat in a bowl and add yogurt, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, garam masala, garlic powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, black salt, coriander seeds, ginger paste, gram flour and green chilies.
  • Chop all the ingredients together.
  • Set the mixture aside for at least 1 hour.
  • Take a pan.
  • Add oil.
  • Sauté julienne cut onions.
  • Add minced meat mixture and fry.
  • Add tomatoes to the pan and cook until everything gets well combined.
  • Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until mince is done.
  • Thereafter cook on high flame until water evaporates and oil separates.
  • Give a coal smoke for 3 minutes.
  • Add green chilies, ginger, fresh coriander, mint leaves & serve 3 to 4 persons.
